Five Things To Look Forward To In The Coming Months

The year 2021 was full of dreadful events with global repercussions, including extreme weather events and the ongoing effects of the pandemic. However, most people worldwide, including us at Infinity Management Group, are feeling optimistic about the new year. We can gratefully say our business has never been stronger!

Despite 2021 being a challenging year for most people, stability is the word that comes to mind. We did not have to furlough or let go of any employees. Not only did we not have to shut down, but we also managed to expand during these times, help employ more individuals than ever before, and helped expand our clients. We also increased our capabilities by taking on additional clients.

We currently do not have the supply of leadership to equal the demand. Our clients are asking politely, demanding additional leadership in a variety of markets. So the next twelve months will be a constant pattern of continued growth as we help our client expand into multiple markets. We plan to expand to South Florida and work with new clients. We hope our business continues to thrive as we look ahead to fill managers in more markets than ever before.

Indeed, our plans for this year seem to be big, because we expect the new year has better things in store for us. Below are a few things we hope to see in 2022.

1. West Palm Beach Expansion
Help our clients expand their footprint while creating more jobs. Being that we are 100% organic, it will also lead to additional leadership and management positions being filled by current and future employees.

2. New Fortune 100 Client Coming Soon
This will help the client expand into new territory and allow them to reach a broader customer base. We will be providing the local communities with the latest technology. Not only do we get to deliver for our clients, but we also truly help people within our communities while providing additional opportunities.

3. Recruiting
This will give our clients a larger workforce, but more importantly, it will create more jobs and management opportunities.

4. South Beach Expansion
Similar to West Palm Beach Expansion, we want to help our clients expand their footprint while creating more jobs. Being that we are 100% organic, it will also lead to additional leadership and management positions being filled by current and future employees.

5. West Coast of Florida Expansion
Help our clients reach new markets and provide local community members with products and services previously unavailable. This also will allow us to provide additional opportunities for employment and leadership positions.
